Common Questions

Do you supply to projects outside Muscat?

Yes. We deliver throughout Oman, including Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, Duqm, Sur and Musandam, and attend site where the project requires it.

Can you work directly with our lighting consultant?

That is how most of our project work happens. We provide photometric files, datasheets, DIALux and lux level calculations, and alternative fixture proposals where a specified product is unavailable or over budget.

Do you supply fixtures only, or design as well?

Both. We can quote against an existing specification, or develop the lighting concept from your architectural drawings — mood, layout, fixture selection, controls and documentation.

Are custom fixtures possible?

Yes. Custom chandeliers and bespoke architectural fixtures are made to order, with control over size, finish, colour temperature and mounting.

What warranty do you offer in Oman?

A 5-year warranty on our fixtures, supported locally from our Muscat office.
